Mark Pages
Mark Pages is the Director of Bands for Saucon Valley High School. Mark graduated from Penn State in 2016 with a Bachelors in Music Education and is pursuing a Masters in Educational Leadership from Salisbury University (Maryland). He taught for 6 years on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, primarily as the Director of Instrumental Music at Wicomico High School. At WiHi, he taught competitive marching band, orchestra, concert bands, general music, AP Music Theory and Band Front. He has also taught elementary general music, Grade 5 band, Grade 6-8 choir, Grade 9-12 choir, and conducted and served as Musical Director for several high school shows. To date, he has taught all but 3rd grade in the public school setting! As a teacher, he hopes to foster his students' love for music by giving them the ability to express themselves through performance. Using his formal musical training and expertise in performance and composition, Mark routinely "spins the decks" at community and local events, private weddings, and in the restaurant entertainment industry. He loves getting a crowd pumped up with musical energy, but more importantly wants every person in attendance to enjoy the music! Mark enjoys his free time spending time with his wife Caitlin and his two dogs, Moana and Copper!
